The bathroom kept leaking water, which made the stay uncomfortable. There was no running water, soap, or towels, and the room was dirty, with old, stained bedcovers. Getting there was difficult too, with no proper road access and constant waterlogging. The service was substandard. I wouldn't choose this hotel.

The owners behaved terribly, and I wouldn't recommend FAB Hotels. The rooms were dirty, the toilets filthy, and there was no hot shower water. Blankets and cots were unhygienic, and the bed wasn't clean. After sleeping there for an hour, my body was itching. They also refused reimbursement. This property isn't worth even one star.

The Fabhotels representative told us on the phone that two rooms would cost a certain price and include dinner. At arrival, the manager basically laughed when we asked about the meal and said there was no kitchen at that location, so we took just one room. Even so, at checkout they charged us for dinner and for two rooms.

The room had mold, cockroaches running around, a bad-smelling pillow, and an AC that didn't work. They didn't provide food service, tissues in the washroom, a dustbin, or even an electric kettle and basic things for making tea or coffee. Staff couldn't understand Hindi or English properly. Because the road was bad, my cab driver dropped me on the main road, and the surrounding area looked like a dumping yard, with the outside looking like a Basti. The rooms were very dirty. If you expect even basic facilities, don't go there.
