I paid part of the amount to confirm my OYO booking, but when I reached the hotel, the manager refused it and said they don’t take OYO bookings. They told me to contact OYO. OYO first said the refund would come after 48 hours, then said it couldn’t be processed. This was a terrible experience, and I feel OYO is cheating people and taking their money. Better to book a hotel in person.

The receptionist refused to let us check in, leaving us helpless in an unfamiliar place. They told us to contact the OYO team, which was a waste of time. I can’t trust a hotel like this for a stay. Try somewhere good.

We had an online booking, but the hotel refused to let us in, and the room condition was bad. This hotel is fake. Agoda hasn’t helped or returned the money.

A terrible place, with no cleaning and awful staff. It was a waste of money. Don’t book here.

A nice homestay if you’re going to watch cricket at Chepauk or visit Marina Beach.
