SPOT ON 79520 Sam Guest House

I'm staying here, and they charged me more than the usual price. The room I'd booked in advance had been given to someone else, and I ended up with a broken bed. The rooms aren't clean and smell of cigarettes and liquor, and the quilts and bedsheets are stained. There's no geyser, and the AC leaks. I also found big cockroaches in the room.

Good room, perfect for a couple's stay.

The counter staff were very nice, unfortunately, because the room was one of the worst I've ever had. The bathroom and rooms were messy, the bathroom doors were already broken, mobile reception was unavailable, and the AC didn't work properly. Reception is on the building's second floor, while rooms are on the third and fourth. The lift was always out of service.

The staff were rude, the bed and bathroom weren't clean, and there wasn't a towel or complimentary soap. The fan barely worked. Staff stared at you like you'd come there to make love for free, and the owner was always shouting on his phone. I don't know how OYO agreed to partner with this place. Please don't choose it. Wish I could give zero stars.
