There were hundreds of tiny cockroaches throughout the room. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the walls were dirty, the spare pillow was filthy and had no cover, the wardrobe was broken, and some lights wouldn’t turn on. When I called reception, they said there was no spare room to move me to and had no answer for the problems. They only came to spray HIT for the cockroaches, then said they’d see if another room could be arranged. They should have checked the room before handing over the key. Horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The pub next door played music and sent vibrations through the room from evening until midnight, so we barely slept. Mosquitoes bit us all night too. I’d planned to extend our stay, but after that night I knew we needed to check out the next morning. We’d booked a deluxe room for three for a family stay, but it wasn’t comfortable. Room 104 was old, had lots of broken things, wasn’t clean, and had cockroaches running around. The bathroom needed cleaning before it was given to a guest. When I went to the desk to politely ask about changing rooms, nobody was there.

The room was average, nothing special, but fine for a short stay. What made the visit decent was the polite, helpful staff, who responded throughout. The location was handy for getting to nearby attractions, transport, and restaurants. The rooms could use some work, but the service and convenient spot make it a reasonable option if you want comfort and easy access.

There was no hot water or toilet paper during the whole week. On two separate occasions, the water stopped running for several hours, and only one power outlet in the room worked. The bedsheets were filthy and bloodstained at check-in. I reported it right away, but they weren’t replaced until the next day because the laundry hadn’t arrived. Used plates sat rotting in the hallways for more than seven days. The pub next door blasted loud music every night, with bass vibrating through the walls and every lyric audible. It did stop at midnight, but resting before then was impossible. There was no on-site staff or room service, so I had to ask repeatedly for fresh towels and drinking water. I tried several times to reach the manager, but they never contacted me and made no effort to fix the conditions. The property is poorly managed, unhygienic, and nothing like its online photos. The lack of basic facilities and cleanliness is appalling. This place is a health hazard and a total scam. Save your money and stay far away.
