The Cubic Stays

Being within walking distance of Chennai Central railway station is about the only good thing here. We stayed four days, and the lift was said to be out of order and due for repair, but nobody fixed it. The room wasn't cleaned daily, and when we asked, the cleaning staff said they were busy. We booked AC rooms, yet reception kept switching the AC off. We had to go downstairs repeatedly to ask them to turn it back on, with no lift to use. The units had no remote, just one Mcv to switch them on or off. Staff also wouldn't help carry our bags, even at checkout. The TV was just sitting there, with no wiring connected, and they asked for all four days' rent at check-in. Water wasn't always available in the washroom either. Everything apart from the station location was bad.

I came by two days ago and was impressed by how clean and comfortable the rooms were, along with the extra facilities. The staff were pleasant and the service was excellent. I'd be happy to visit again.

The calm atmosphere made it a nice place to unwind, and getting around was easy since Chennai Central Railway Station is nearby, along with shops, restaurants, and attractions. My room was spacious, clean, and well looked after, with a comfortable bed and thoughtful decor and amenities. Housekeeping did a great job during my stay. Staff were welcoming and polite from the start, check-in went smoothly, and they were always ready to help. I had a delightful stay and would gladly come back or recommend it.

The location made it easy to get around, and the WiFi was fast. There were good entertainment options in the room too. I found the staff courteous, friendly, and helpful, and the service was great. The room was spacious, spotless, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and good amenities. The whole place felt relaxing and welcoming, almost like home. Everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout.
