They said they had no blankets and wouldn’t provide any. The room was dirty too, and the shower gel and hand wash bottles were empty, left there just for show.

The reception staff were cordial, but the stay was pathetic. I chose the hotel for one night because it was near Chennai central. The rooms were unhygienic, with no toilet light and a broken door knob that left the toilet door unable to close. The pillow covers and sheets were nasty, though they changed them when I asked. The room was full of mosquitos, but they didn’t provide repellent even on request.

There’s potential here, but the place is poorly maintained. The intercom wasn’t connected, the pillow covers were unclean, and the bathroom had no mirror or hot water. The flush kept dripping, while damp walls were shedding plaster. I raised it with the manager and got a whole performance in response. Property Owner, please wake up and do something soon.

The attendants were polite, but the infrastructure is old. The online room photos look lovely, yet inside it was the opposite. The rooms were dated, the exhaust didn’t work, and the AC was difficult to operate. The old sheets and pillows were unclean, with hair on them, and the towels were torn and looked like they’d been used 2000 times.
