Room quality was zero, the prices were high, and the staff treated me rudely. I couldn't sleep because the bed had lots of bedbugs and cockroaches. The windows and door didn't close properly, so mosquitoes kept getting in, and the cleaning was very bad. One staff member, Mr Vijay, argued with me, and they were ready to fight. The listing showed free Wi-Fi, breakfast, and plenty of facilities, but there was no breakfast or Wi-Fi. When I asked, they had no proper explanation and were ready to fight. I advise people not to go to any flagship hotel or book an OYO flagship hotel.

The bathroom was dirty, the bedsheet had stains, and cockroaches were all over the room. The air conditioning didn't work, and customer service was poor. There was no cleanliness at all. Don't waste your money. Go in person, check the room's condition, and only then decide to take it. I'd avoid booking through online websites.

The manager was very rude and demanded another 1,500 after I'd already paid OYO for booking ID S7567489. When we complained to OYO, he wouldn't even pick up their calls to resolve the issue. I tried to complain to the person behind the number first, but he removed the number and wouldn't let me complain, even though I have a video of their behavior. I request OYO not to book this hotel for customers who may have traveled a long distance and then have to face this. Very bad behavior.

Even if you're in an emergency, I recommend not taking a room here. I booked an AC single room online through a website or OYO and paid at the time of booking, but they didn't provide the room. The receptionist and owner were hostile and used bad language. They wouldn't even let me wait in the reception lobby for the 5-10 minutes before check-in. I'd booked a single room, but they offered me a domiciliary room with three beds and a shared bathroom and washroom. I attached a photo and filed a consumer complaint because the experience was so bad. Others had similar problems too.
