I paid 1500 rupees for a room that was in terrible condition, especially the restroom. It wasn’t clean, and there were no locks on the restroom doors. The sheets hadn’t been washed and had fungus on them, so badly that white sheets had turned brown. I got rashes from using them. The plug points were broken, there were no AC remotes, and the AC issue left us with more than 100 mosquitoes. The tapestry was torn, too. I really don’t understand how they can rent rooms without proper maintenance. Please keep the rooms in better shape.

It’s in a prominent spot on the main road. I stayed for one day. The room was okay, though the AC was only average. It cost 1500 per day.

I booked this room yesterday, on 01/10/2025, and this is my honest review: please don’t go. The room smelled bad, had dirty water, no AC despite an AC charge, and a bad view. It was unhygienic, the service was the worst I’ve ever experienced, and couples are charged more. One of Chennai’s worst rooms.

There were lots of frogs and cockroaches, and the room was filthy. The accessories hadn’t been cleaned, and the bathroom was unwashed. They still didn’t give us a room bill. It didn’t feel safe, so please don’t stay here. They used to respond with things like “lodu labaku dass”.
