The rooms are decent for a short visit, and the shared areas, including the pool, are well maintained. The hotel’s location gives easy access to ECR and Omr, though traffic can get chaotic at peak times while the metro work is going on. The rooms are showing their age, especially the bathrooms. Staff service was very good. Kavitha at the front desk was attentive at check-in and checkout and arranged rooms as requested. Breakfast at Mynt had a wide range of Indian, continental, and Chinese dishes. The coffee was strong and tasty, and so was the Masala Chai. Service there was good too. I also appreciate how manager Suraj organized my special meeting at the restaurant.

Mr. Gautam gave us a warm welcome and coordinated everything so well throughout our visit, and I’m very grateful. The whole team made us feel valued and cared for. Mr. Munnuswamy, Mr. Muhammad Ashiq, Ms. Roshni, Ms. Kovita, and Ms. Ashmita were attentive, professional, and friendly. The ambience and hospitality at Vivanta Chennai really lived up to the Taj name. Chef Santo, Chef Sakthi, and Chef Aravind made every dish flavorful and beautifully presented. It was an impressive experience, and I’m looking forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The place was well kept, with a lovely ambience and a good view from every room. The staff were friendly and did their jobs well. At breakfast, the Nutella pancakes were amazing, definitely worth trying. Achint and Rashmi were good staff.

We were unsure at first whether a business hotel focused on corporate guests could pull off a big wedding, but Vivanta IT Expressway made it work beautifully. Adishree and I celebrated our wedding there, and they went beyond what we expected. The stay was comfortable and luxurious, the food was delicious, and every staff member was supportive and cheerful. The whole event felt stress-free, and those days were beautiful for us. A big thank you to Mr. Saurav Ji for leading such a great team, Mrs. Usha ji for coordinating everything smoothly, Chef Bala for food our guests still talk about, Mr. Anuj ji for managing the dining so well, and Mr. Kudrat ji and Mr Jinesh ji for all their support on the ground. We’d highly recommend this property for a major event or a stay.

My room wasn’t ideal at first, but the team sorted things out in just 15 to 20 minutes. Their quick, effective handling turned a potential problem into a lovely stay. I’ve stayed at many Taj properties around India, and I keep choosing Taj for the care, safety, and comfort I’ve come to expect. Thank you especially to Mr. Kudrat Sethi and Mr. Sourav Ghosal. Their professionalism and genuine commitment to making guests happy really showed. They’re a credit to the team and represent Taj hospitality so well. I appreciate another memorable visit and look forward to returning.
