Vox Crescendo

The maintenance problems started on day one and kept coming back every other day. Staff made promises but often didn't show up until we'd called several times, and the person in charge seemed especially lazy. We were there for medical reasons, so dealing with all this was exhausting. Dinesh, the Airbnb contact, was rude after taking payment and told us to call a technician and handle repairs ourselves. The owner initially seemed pleasant, but became rude when we followed up after more than five days. We complained to her near the end, and things were finally fixed the day before we left. Even the cleaning lady was harsh. The hospitality was awful, and I wouldn't recommend this place or any other VOX property.

There was constant water leaking during our stay, apparently because the kitchen drain pipe and air conditioner were faulty. They knew about it but never answered our calls to help. They also demanded cash upfront without giving a bill, then disappeared. Avoid this place.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and very polite, and our room was clean and nice.

Good value for money, and a nice place to stay close to cauvery hospital.
