The therapists are what made me want to write this. Prasanth’s caring manner put me at ease, and he clearly knows his work. He’s attentive to detail, and his movements and guidance felt like meditation, helping me settle into a deeper sense of presence and relaxation. Gopa Kupar was gentle and wise, and his heart-centered, personal approach gave the experience a meaningful spiritual side. Together, they gave me the most wonderful healing journey I’ve ever had. I’m deeply grateful for the care, sincerity, and change they helped me through, and I’ll carry this stay with me for a long time. The staff across every department also made me feel that I mattered and that they genuinely cared.

The resort is stunning, and I loved the healthy food, which was delicious at every meal. Everyone I interacted with was positive and attentive, from Joseph, Shameer, and the restaurant team, who made us feel at home, to Dr Mobi, who supported and advised me with such care. I’ve just returned from my first trip to Carnoustie and my first experience exploring Ayurveda, and I can’t fault a thing. Haritha, Divya, and Dr Shona looked after me with real expertise. The yoga and meditation classes were excellent, too. I highly recommend the resort and its programs, and hope I can return before too long. Thank you all again.

The food was a real highlight. Chef Ashok and his team made wholesome meals that fit our treatment plans, with so much creativity and care. We also felt a personal welcome from Joseph, Misty, Jose, and the restaurant team, whose attentive service and genuine smiles stayed with us. At Carnoustie Ayurvedic Wellness in Kerala, Dr. Mobi and her medical team guided us with a highly personalized wellness programme from the moment we arrived. Yoga with Ms. Shibi felt grounding, and Vishnu and Anish gave treatments with skill and compassion. Professionalism, authenticity, and real care all came together here. The serene surroundings and thoughtful service made this feel like a sanctuary and a truly transformative experience. The calm setting and well-kept rooms made this a lovely place to switch off. Every treatment felt relaxing and was handled with real Ayurvedic know-how. The staff were kind and attentive throughout, and I left feeling lighter and refreshed. A great retreat for holistic care.
