Marari Beach - Cgh Earth

After two wonderful nights at the resort, I can see why some guests have returned for over 30 years. The location, food and accommodation were all great, and an eco-friendly, true-blue Kerala experience is clearly at the heart of the place. The staff were top notch and always seemed to understand how a tired traveler wants to be treated. My massage was extraordinary. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Marari Beach a CGH Earth Experience is a highly regarded five-star eco property in Mararikulam, Alleppey. It covers 30 acres of coconut groves, lily ponds and organic gardens. The design reflects the simple layout of a traditional coastal fishing village, with a strong focus on sustainability, nature and relaxation.

The food was a highlight, with a delicious range of dishes we really enjoyed, and our clean, cozy room was a comfortable place to rest after exploring. The team welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel at home, consistently doing extra to keep us comfortable. Front-office staff made booking easy and check-in smooth, while the clear focus on safety gave us peace of mind. We enjoyed the activities, though a few more options would make the experience better. It was a wonderful stay, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Keep up the great service, CGH team!

The garden pool villa was fabulous and made our stay very enjoyable, and the property itself is huge, spread across 30 acres. Still, the food and hospitality from staff were disappointing and pulled down the overall experience. Don’t expect five-star features such as in-room dining or buggy service, since neither is available. I also noticed what seemed like a difference in how foreign guests were welcomed compared with local visitors, and that didn’t feel good.
