The villa has a relaxed, authentic Kerala feel, with lush greenery and mango trees that drop fresh fruit. Marari Beach is about 100 meters away, an easy one-minute walk. The simple rooms were meticulously clean and well maintained, with reliable AC and hot water. As I was traveling with an infant and delicate camera gear, I appreciated having a secure, comfortable place where we could relax. Binoy and his family were warm and accommodating. They serve delicious home-cooked meals, but you need to tell them your vegetarian or non-vegetarian preference in advance. It was a peaceful base after travel and location scouting, with quick beach access and none of the crowds of a large resort. The nearby beach was also very convenient for early morning coastal drone flights and golden-hour photography. Great value and genuine hospitality.

It’s an easy walk to the beach, and the surroundings are pleasant. The host was friendly, the rooms very clean, and the in-house breakfast was subtle and nice. A great experience and good value for the money.

This was the worst host service I’ve had. They didn’t provide even basic things: there wasn’t a blanket or even a bottle of water. I couldn’t sleep properly because roofing work was going on at the property. If they’d told me about it before check-in, I would have stayed at a nearby homestay instead. I’d told them before arriving that I needed to go to my nearby office during the night. Deep cleaners were working until 3 in the morning, so I couldn’t sleep continuously. As soon as I finished breakfast and came back to sleep, workers started drilling above my room. When I complained about the noise disturbing my sleep, they told me to check out by 10 in the morning without any apology. I was the only guest on the property that night, yet they weren’t welcoming or even smiling. Such a bad experience, and I’m very disappointed.

We didn’t choose this place ourselves, but it turned out to be a lovely surprise. It’s simple and very clean, and the family were so nice. We also had an excellent meal made by them. Definitely recommend it.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the whole place had a quiet, relaxing feel. Our hosts made us feel welcome, and the freshly made food was delicious. We had a wonderful stay at Marari Sea Skape Villa and would happily come back. A great choice for a peaceful getaway.
