The rooms are roomy and cozy, and the place has the potential to be one of the best. But the food menu needs a lot of work. We ordered from Zomato a couple of times. With the new management, the facilities on offer should also be kept in working order. I'll definitely come back once that day arrives.

The pool was nice and regularly cleaned, and the food was awesome. Rooms are great, though they could use a little maintenance, and all the staff were polite and very helpful. There's plenty to do: a kids' play area, cycling, pedal boats on a small pond, a 30-minute backwater boat trip, indoor games, and a swimming pool. We enjoyed the family-friendly ambience. No liquor. It's near Turavur and about 40 km from Lulu Mall Kochi.

The buffet has a good range, especially for vegetarians, though the non-vegetarian choices weren't as good. Being so close to the lake, it would have been nice to have local fish fry counters, something I'd expect at a 5-star place. The grounds are spacious, with entertainment facilities, and there's a courtyard as well. Our room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities. Room service was prompt.

Before checkout, the staff took a picture of us and framed it as a gift. Such a lovely end to our stay. We were newlyweds, and the booking team had kindly included a free spa experience. The spa was wonderful, ending with a stone sauna and a bath. We didn't get to use the pool, but walking around the grounds was its own treat: the trees and plants were labelled, and we spotted rare ducks, swans, and fish. Our floating cottage was the best of the available options, with a private jacuzzi and a floating deck overlooking the lake. Getting there was easy, with a hassle-free check-in and a ride from the welcoming staff. We enjoyed the lunch and dinner, and there was lots to explore nearby, including a free evening boat ride, chai shop, cycling, fishing, herbal garden tour, butterfly garden, yoga spots, and a gift shop. The bar had a wide selection of wine, liquor, beer, and cocktails. It was a memorable 5-star stay, and a perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything felt clean and top quality, from the room and food to the professional staff and distinctive setting. Definitely recommend.
