The service was the best part of our visit. Whenever we asked for help, the staff responded quickly and were helpful. The food was very good too, though I’d have liked more choice at dinner. The grounds are large and lovely, with lots of greenery and a beautiful hill view that makes the place feel peaceful. At ₹5,000, though, the facilities seemed under-maintained. Our room was just okay: there were no buckets or mugs, the exhaust fan didn’t work, and the tap water was noticeably yellow, which concerned us. One of the large ponds was unusable. We also saw big tree branches falling in windy conditions while we were taking photos, a serious safety hazard that needs attention from arborists. The kids’ play area wasn’t very tidy or comfortable for children.

Ecobagarden Resort in Cheruthuruthy felt like a peaceful hidden gem, with scenic views, lots of greenery, and an eco-friendly design. The team were exceptionally welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable and clean, the property was well cared for, and the food was delicious. It’s a refreshing spot for a family trip, company outing, or quiet getaway. We had a lovely time relaxing here and would happily return.

We came for a family get-together on a day-out package and left with some lovely memories. The rooms were clean and kept in good condition, and the conference hall gave us a place to relax. Everyone enjoyed the day, with a good range of activities to keep us busy and having fun. The staff were prompt and friendly, and we liked the food too. I’d recommend it for a relaxed gathering.

I spent 14 days at Milife Medicity Ayurvedic Wellness Resort, Cheruthuruthy, on a wellness package and had a fantastic experience. The resort covers 22 acres of peaceful natural surroundings and has a village-themed setting, a chemical-free pool, recreation areas, boating and fishing, as well as staycations, function halls, and destination wedding venues. My thanks to the whole Milife Medicity Ayurvedic Wellness Resort team. Mr. Ajin, Dr. Fathima, Nimisha, Dr. Swathy, and Manu deserve special thanks for their care and support. Housekeeping, the front desk, chef, service team, and everyone else did an outstanding job too, and apologies if I’ve missed anyone. The high-speed Wi-Fi worked very well and made my stay more comfortable.

Getting a family gathering arranged from the UK was tricky, as I’m an NRI, but Nimisha, the manager, helped a lot from the start. She made booking easier and worked to make the day pleasant for our group of around 30. Our family loved the day-out experience and the food. Being able to stay as well was an added bonus. Thanks to the team for accommodating as many of our requests as possible at such short notice. I’d recommend the place to friends and family. All the best to the team.
