The setting was a big part of the appeal, with lovely views and a quiet feel away from the usual bustle. We also enjoyed the well-kept pool and other facilities. Our room was spacious, clean, and had what we needed, and the whole property felt peaceful and well cared for. The staff were always polite and quick to help. The food could use improvement, though it wasn't bad. A really nice relaxing stay, and I'd recommend it to couples or families.

The villas were really good, and we had a lot of fun here with the family. Saifullah, the manager, was so sweet and looked after us well. The food was superb, especially breakfast and the à la carte dishes. We particularly liked the chilli chicken. A lovely place to relax together.

The food was delicious, with fresh, flavorful meals and a good range of dishes. We also appreciated how private and peaceful the resort felt, which made it suitable for a quiet getaway. Our room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and well looked after, and the hills and greenery all around made the view stunning. Staff were friendly, very polite, and helpful from beginning to end. Seven Heaven Resort, Chikmagalur exceeded our expectations. A great choice for hospitality, scenery, and a relaxing stay.

The location was a letdown for us, since the property is right on the main road. We stayed for a couple of nights with five other families. The rooms were decent, but there wasn't much for the kids to do. One of the two buffet dinners was good, while both breakfasts were poor. Room service was average. We had no hot water for a day and had to move rooms, and the other room had the same problem. The TV remote didn't work either.

Breakfast and the other food were really tasty, and the staff were supportive. The resort is well maintained, with professional service and a nice view. The swimming pool was enjoyable too. I'd definitely recommend visiting.
