The garden was a relaxing spot, with room for kids to play, and the pool and party lawns were lovely. Our room was comfortable, neat, and clean, and room service was quick and courteous. The property was well cared for, with a good restaurant and a beautiful setting. The atmosphere, facilities, and hospitality made the stay memorable. I'd recommend it to anyone after a premium, peaceful stay in chikmangluru.

For the 11k we paid for two nights over the Republic Day ‘26 long weekend, I expected better housekeeping. The lounge made a bad first impression: the sofa and cushions were very dirty, and the curtains looked dirty too, perhaps never washed. Breakfast was a sad spread. There is a pool right by the highway, plus a few things for children, but the room and services felt basic. I think it should cost 2k a night at most, and they urgently need to improve housekeeping. As we left, a man who we hadn't seen during the stay asked for a tip. He had squint eyes, and we gave him one. The place shouldn't call itself “luxury”; it wasn't worth the price.

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel has a luxurious look, but my stay felt average. Service and cleanliness were decent. Breakfast let it down, with little variety and food that didn't taste as good as expected. For the brand and price, it didn't feel like full value for money, and the food quality could improve.

There is lots of greenery around the grounds, almost like being in a little forest, and the staff were polite and very good. The rooms themselves were very good too, though they could use a few more amenities. Morning coffee or tea isn't available until 8.00 am. Before then, you'd have to go into town, but autos aren't available at that hour.
