We were a group of 14 at Bougainville Homestay, staying in dorm rooms and three cottages. They were roomy, clean, and comfortable for all of us. Ravi Kiran paid close attention to the details and made us feel at home, while the courteous staff were always willing to help. The home-cooked food was delicious too. It was a serene, welcoming stay, and I'd recommend Naville Homestay to anyone looking for that kind of homely getaway. Thisonebest homestay in Chittagong.

The greenery around the place made the stay feel worthwhile, and being close to the city center made getting around convenient. It was clean, safe, and friendly for kids.

The hygiene and upkeep were so poor that I wouldn't recommend this homestay or return. There were cockroaches in the room, the bedsheets were unclean and seemed low quality, and the old, cheap towels had holes. The pool was full of green water and unusable, and hot water in the bathroom didn't work. Kiran seemed completely focused on money: he asked for something like a GST amount, then also wanted 500rs if we used the kitchen. What kind of business is that?

The coffee plantation scenery was a highlight, and the rooms were clean with everything we needed provided. The food was excellent too. We had a fantastic family stay at Bougainville Homestay.

There was no hot water at all, a basic amenity that was completely missing. When we brought it up, the owner Mr. Ravi, or whoever was managing the place, answered in a rude, arrogant, and unprofessional way. There was no accountability, just a terrible attitude. This was an absolutely horrible stay, and I strongly don't recommend it.
