Zone by The Park Jammu

I booked a suite for three adults and a 2-year-old child and stayed for three days. The room and stay were fine, but the service on our last morning left a bad impression. Breakfast was part of our package, yet two of us couldn’t eat at the restaurant because we had to leave early for srinagar. I politely asked the staff and restaurant manager to pack a simple breakfast, especially for the child, so we could eat on the way. They refused outright and showed no concern or flexibility, even though we had paid for it. With a small child, I expected some basic understanding and support. Good rooms aren’t enough when guest handling is this rigid and unhelpful. Management needs to improve its approach and flexibility.

Shish Paul looked after us during our meal, making sure we were comfortable and that everything was right, from taking our order through to the end. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and prompt. The food was delicious, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the service excellent. It was a great dining experience, and hospitality like that makes all the difference. Looking forward to another visit.

The welcoming lounge made a great first impression, and the hotel’s location was very convenient. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help. The food was delicious too. I had a pleasant stay at Zone by The Park Jammu, which was well maintained and showed excellent hospitality. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Jammu.

The room faced the road, so traffic noise came through. Cleanliness also fell short for what I paid. Still, the hotel was comfortable and nice for me as a solo female traveler, and the staff were helpful.
