Our event at Blu Pearl Hotel was frustrating from start to finish. The banquet setup was disorganized and very poor, service was lacking throughout, and the food arrived late, inconveniencing our guests. The receptionist kept blaming us instead of owning the mistakes. It felt like they were trying to fool us or cheat us rather than sort things out professionally. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you want an event to go smoothly and without stress.

The Gwalior fort is fully visible from here, and food is available too. It's within the city and not far from that location. Parking is available, and all the necessary facilities are inside and outside the hotel. It opened about six months ago and is one of the best in this location for both price and service.

Rooms were good and the hotel was good overall, but the service could be better. The location isn't good, and there's no proper parking space. Room-wise, it's a good hotel.

I attended a party here, and the experience was the worst. The soup was very bad, the food quality was poor, and service was too slow. The staff behavior was helpless. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The stay was good overall. It could work for a solo trip or a family stay.
