Hotel Cn windsor

The hotel itself was a great stay, with roomy rooms at decent prices compared with similar places, and room-related issues were handled quickly. They also helped us hire a jeep for a local tour. The attached restaurant was a mixed bag. Food tasted decent, and it offers both buffet and à la carte, but our à la carte order took about an hour. A few staff were polite, while one or two had a lot of attitude when taking orders, so I'd avoid eating à la carte here. Breakfast starts around 8 am, and getting there early may mean fresher food. We went at 9:45 once, and the idlis were much too dry, possibly because of the heat that day.

We stayed on December 26 and 27, 2025, and left very disappointed. Reception had shown us a list and said the buffet would include several varieties, but when we went to eat, none of those promised items were there. The food was very poor, and that mismatch felt misleading and unacceptable. A very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

The food was good, and the rooms were clean. What stood out most was how polite and humble the staff were. A peaceful stay and a wonderful experience. Thanks for the hospitality, much appreciated.

We loved the roomy rooms and the cute little swimming pool. The buffet was very good too, and the food was amazing. Such a great experience.
