OYO 15955 Rest Inn

I’ve stayed here 2-3 times for business in Chikmagalur because the tariff is the cheapest and it’s close to the city’s main business areas and restaurants. The room was spacious enough for one person and the bed was comfortable, but on my last visit the cleaning was disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t clean, with cigarette butts inside, the toilet seemed unclean, there was no towel in the room, and I found a couple of dead bugs on the floor. Check-in and check-out were smooth, though getting a towel after I asked in the morning took almost 15 mins. I have mixed feelings about the service. It’s a good budget hotel, and I’d recommend it if they meet proper cleaning standards. -BeingBakasura

The bathroom was nice, and the room had pleasant lighting. The bed was so springy that it left me aching, and the AC remote didn't work right. Hot water was only available in the morning. There is basement parking, but it's extremely cramped. Another car was parked barely a hairline away from mine, so getting your car in and out is difficult. The whole market is easy to reach from the hotel. Still, it was a good stay.

The rooms felt cramped, and parking was limited, which were the main downsides. The hotel is easy to find in the city centre, with lots of places to eat nearby, and it felt safe for families. The interior was quite nice, and the promised facilities were there. Booking through Goibibo was smooth, and the discount made the price very budget friendly. Aside from those drawbacks, things were okay and I had a good experience.

There were plenty of places to eat and drink close by, and the hotel itself was in a great spot. Our room was roomy, furnished well, and had air conditioning. The staff were great, and they could also arrange a car rental for sightseeing if you need one. I had a pleasant stay.
