Treebo Lucent The Homely Stay

After a long spell of travelling, it was nice to find somewhere quiet with clean, spacious rooms. The customer service was really nice, and they’d chat with you too. The pool and jacuzzi were a lovely extra. A 10/10 experience.

The building is beautifully done, and the hosts were sweet and caring during our lovely stay in Chikkamagaluru. The pool was clean and hygienic, and it was the best part for us. We also enjoyed the tasty, healthy food. I’d recommend the property.

Host Sumukh made our Chikmagalur trip smooth and memorable, with friendly guidance and everything taken care of. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, so we could explore beautiful spots without stress. We had an amazing time and would recommend this hotel to anyone after a fun, hassle-free trip.

We left after just two hours, even though we had planned to spend the full day there with family. The service was extremely poor, and the infrastructure wasn’t adequate. We’d paid an advance and told management we wouldn’t pay the balance because we were dissatisfied, but the owner later approached us aggressively and unprofessionally, pressuring us to pay the full amount. We ended up paying. The staff were unhelpful, the facilities didn’t meet expectations, and there was no sense of customer care. It felt like making money mattered more than hospitality. I strongly advise against choosing Lucent Luxury Hotel if you want a pleasant, comfortable visit to Chikkamagaluru. Look for a better-reviewed, more customer-friendly option. This place wasn’t worth our time or money, not even one star.
