There’s no food service at night, so it takes a bit of planning around meal times. The restaurant team helped us arrange milk for the kids ahead of time, though. Meals were good, and lunch and dinner could be customized. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide menu and a live dosa and omelette counter. We also enjoyed the clean, well-maintained pool, the many cycles for guests of all ages, and the useful battery golf cart. The property is green and well kept, with large clean rooms and a free extra single cot. Girish was especially polite, and service, including room dining, was quick. Valet parking was available, with plenty of spaces. They’re also building a banquet hall. We had a great time at this beautiful property.

Waking up among the green plantations was the best part of our trip. Vismita County felt peaceful and made it easy to unwind and enjoy being close to nature. The team was attentive and very polite, from our welcome at check-in through the quick service during the stay. We also really enjoyed the meals: everything was fresh and flavorful, with lots of choice, including local dishes and a good breakfast spread. It’s a lovely natural setting with friendly people and good food. I’d happily come back.

The birds calling throughout the day were lovely, and our son had a great time riding the buggy. The property is well maintained, and we enjoyed our stay. Our spacious room was kept neat and clean, with good housekeeping, and Girish did a good job cleaning it. Everyone was helpful and cheerful. We especially enjoyed the Malnad specialties and the generous breakfast. Swapna and her manager at the restaurant took particular care with our order and made sure the food was good. Thanks to the team for hosting us so well.

The kids were happiest outside, running around in the open green spaces, exploring nature, and playing away from screens. The quiet setting felt safe and enjoyable, and seeing them so relaxed and engaged made the trip rewarding for all of us. We came home refreshed, with lovely memories and kids already asking when we can return. Vismita County was a wonderful Labour Day long weekend break for our family. The grounds are beautifully kept, full of greenery and striking scenery that helped us slow down. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the calm views and fresh air were a treat each morning. The food was fresh and flavorful, with care taken to suit both adults and children, which made meals easy for us as parents. It’s a memorable place for families wanting time together in nature.
