Lakezone has lovely views of the lake and mountains, and the owner was cheerful, courteous, and very present. The food was really good, hot water was always available, and there were enough snack and food options nearby. The road from Gap Road is wide, though a bit bumpy. We did run into a couple of small issues: the satellite TV dish wasn’t working, but there were pendrive and HDMI options to play from a laptop or pendrive. Housekeeping didn’t come to clean or change the bed and pillow covers. Still, we had a great stay and made lots of memories. It’s a good base for the Kolukkumalai trek and also fairly convenient for Munnar and Bodimettu, about 40 minutes by your own car or bike.

The view from our balcony faced Anayirankal dam, and the room and toilet were spotless, with hot water available 24 hours a day. The property was well looked after, there was good parking, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The location was amazing and the service excellent. Recommended 👍

We stayed at Lakezone Holiday Resort in Suryanelli, Munnar, with the Maharashtra Desha Adventure group. The property was spotless, and the bonfires and fresh mountain air made the tour memorable. It’s a peaceful spot among tea plantations, close to lakes and hills, and a handy base for exploring Munnar or taking the Kolukkumalai jeep ride. The sunrise views are amazing, around 30-45 minutes away. Rooms were comfortable with hill views, and the menu can be customized to suit different tastes. There’s no lift, but the friendly staff helped smoothly with luggage and other needs. Serene, but still accessible, for Kerala adventures.

Mr. Suresh Kumar gave us a warm welcome and went well beyond what we expected in taking care of us. His friendly manner and attention to detail helped make the visit memorable. We had a fantastic stay at LakeZone Resort in Munnar, with outstanding hospitality and service. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Kulkumalai Jeep Safari.

The quiet setting and friendly service made this feel like a home away from home. We loved the food, the cleanliness, and how helpful and warm everyone was. My husband and I had a lovely stay at LakeZone Holiday Resort, Chinnakkanal. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful, comfortable break. 🥰
