Hotel Reemz

We booked through Bookings.com for a one-night break on the way to Goa. The listing showed no kettle unless we chose a higher room, which we didn’t want, so I called the hotel to ask about one. It turned out every room has a kettle. I was told breakfast was included, but we were charged for it. The room was averagely good despite a few issues: the toilet bowl had a line from persistent water leakage, the water pressure was very low, and the Formica on the furniture looked cracked.

I’ve stayed here twice and found it worth the money both times. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast had a good spread for the price. It’s also conveniently close to the station.

We waited two hours for our room even though we’d booked in advance. The so-called chalet rooms are actually goods container or site office cabins. Used bed linen had been changed, but the bath towels smelled bad. The wash basin and toilet area were infested with fungus, and the glass partition between the toilet and bath was covered in soap stains, as if it hadn’t been cleaned since installation. The main room door was in poor condition too, as shown in the photos. It looks great outside but is badly maintained. I won’t stay here again.

We recently booked rooms for guests coming to a family function, and the whole experience made things much easier. Mr. Iqbal, the Operations Manager, deserves special thanks for his outstanding leadership and for coordinating everything so well. He made sure our guests were comfortable and looked after. The staff were friendly, efficient, and proactive throughout. With a dependable team led by someone as dedicated as Mr. Iqbal Sir, the event was easier to manage. My guests had nothing but praise for the service. I’d highly recommend the hotel for a family visit or an event.
