The top-floor room had a breathtaking view, and the hotel is perfectly placed for a peaceful stay away from the Mall's hustle and bustle. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of tasty items. Summit Hermon is well maintained, with large comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, bedding, and towels. Shiva, Tsering, and Karan went out of their way to make the stay memorable. I highly recommend it.

The food was incredible, and Rojay was a huge help with everything we needed. Pawan, Nimrodh, Anuka, and Edwin also gave us such thoughtful, personalized service. We only had two days at the hotel, but from start to finish the whole staff were kind and attentive. The service was impeccable, and they made the stay exceptional.

Waking up to the lovely morning view from our room was unforgettable, so peaceful and refreshing. The hotel's location is perfect and the views are stunning. I had a wonderful stay at Summit Hermon Hotel & Spa in Darjeeling. The atmosphere, staff, and service were all excellent. Everyone was polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. Manager Karan was especially kind and professional, and his warm welcome made a real difference. I'd definitely recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Darjeeling.

For sightseeing and shopping, you'll need to plan ahead because Mall Road is quite a distance from the hotel. The in-house restaurant was a big convenience for us, and we enjoyed the good quality, tasty food. I stayed here with my family, and it was a pleasant experience overall. Our room was a good size, clean, and well maintained, so it felt comfortable and safe for a family. A good option if you're looking for a peaceful stay in Darjeeling.

There's lots to like here: the room, cleanliness, things provided, window views, and complimentary breakfast if it's included. Mall Road is about 1.5 km away, with an uphill walk on the way back. If that doesn't bother you, it's a great experience.
