The hotel’s location was the highlight for me. It’s near the metro, which connects well to popular spots, including the railway station and bus stand, about 30 minutes away. Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar mantar, and the main market are also accessible by metro. The rooms were good, and the restaurant served tasty food of good quality.

Chetna and Sourav really made my stay memorable. They were attentive, polite, and seemed to genuinely care that everything went smoothly. The rest of the team was warm and professional too, and I felt comfortable throughout. I’d happily return, and would recommend the hotel for its helpful service and easy stay.

I stayed here in Feb 2026. The rooms are particularly spacious, and I liked the breakfast selection. There was limited parking, which could be a problem if you arrive in your own vehicle. The hotel was being renovated during my stay, so facilities including the swimming pool were closed.

The property itself is nice, and the rooms were decent, but nearly everything else let me down. Breakfast was badly managed in a cramped space. It was hard to find a seat, and even when I did, some items weren’t available. Room service was poor too. I asked several times for water and it never arrived.
