There’s no direct way to reach the property, which is managed by oyo rooms. It’s a rundown place with big rooms where nothing works: no lift, no water, dirty towels, sheets, and pillows. There was no staff to take care of things, and cleanliness or service can’t be expected. These are oyo rooms, so they shouldn’t call it a palace.

Dirty bedsheets and blankets were bad enough, but when we asked for replacements they refused and were very rude. The staff were ill-mannered and didn’t know how to speak to senior citizens. They even charged us for a bottle of water that was supposed to be complimentary. A very bad experience, worst place to stay.

We stayed one night while travelling from Jodhpur to Nashik. The property was generally good for a short stay and the staff were helpful, but there was no hot water in the shower. OYO had advertised geysers, and the front desk told us to run the first few buckets of cold water until hot water returned. We ended up wasting more than 15 buckets over almost an hour, which felt really bad when the world is trying to save water. I recommend the owner install geysers or an efficient hot water system so guests aren't made to waste so much.
