The staff were decent and humble, always welcoming, and the food I ordered was good quality at an average price. The AC worked perfectly and the TV was working too. If you come in your own vehicle, there’s a guard who’ll watch it at night. I’ll post a picture of him as proof, along with some visit photos. The rest of the facilities were only average. For Rs 1000 a night, you get a small room and an unclean, poorly fitted bathroom with barely enough room for one person to bathe. There were lots of spider webs along the walls, and the balcony wasn’t clean either. No napkins, shampoo, body wash, or body lotion were provided like OYO hotels do, though the staff pointed me to the local shop and almond oil. The hotel’s infrastructure seems capable of much more than it currently offers. It’s an average place to spend one night in Chittorgarh if that’s all you need. I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a luxurious stay. Thanks for your services OYO Laxmi jodhpur Hotel.

The receptionist was very rude, and the rooms and beds are very small. They don’t explain the rates clearly, and it may be that your neighbour pays 600 while you pay 1600 for the same room. A very disappointing experience.

There was no one at reception during the night, so we had to wait until morning. The lift wasn’t working and the AC wasn’t working properly. The room wasn’t cleaned at check-in, with dust everywhere and spider webs in every corner. The bedsheets and pillow covers weren’t very clean either. We also had no soap or shampoo at check-in and had to wait until morning for soap. After 8:30 PM there was no mineral water bottle available. The restaurant didn’t have the items listed on the menu, so we had to order from whatever they did have, such as no soup or thaali being available. Worst hotel, no facilities at all.

Please don’t book a room here online. They said they don’t accept online bookings, and because of our booking we suffered a lot and had to find another hotel. The owner said straight out that they didn’t take online bookings and asked for more money to book directly. When we contacted OYO Rooms, he changed his story and said they hadn’t accepted the booking because maintenance work was going on. This was the second time we had problems with an OYO room booking. I’m not booking again.

I had a booking here, but they told me the rate on OYO was too low and the owner wouldn’t accept a room at that price. I had to book another hotel nearby and go there instead. If they have a problem with OYO pricing, they should take it up with them, not make visitors suffer.
