Oyo 29879 Hotel Midtown

We ended up leaving and booking another hotel offline at our own expense. The hotel was nothing like its online photos, and the conditions and staff’s behavior made the stay unacceptable. It has completely ruined my trust in MakeMyTrip. I won’t use the app again, and I want my account deleted. MakeMyTrip should review or delist properties like this to protect customers from harassment and losing money. I strongly don’t recommend either this hotel or booking through the platform. The room and washroom were dirty and unhygienic. Bedsheets were stained, furniture broken, switches damaged, and many plug points didn’t work. The bathroom smelled bad, had leaking fittings, and wasn’t cleaned properly. There was dust everywhere, rubbish hadn’t been cleared, and housekeeping was inadequate. Drinking water wasn’t properly provided, towels were dirty or missing, and basic amenities were absent or unusable. When we asked the manager for a clean bedsheet, he was rude and aggressive. He threw a torn sheet at us instead of changing it properly. The staff showed no basic hospitality. The lift was broken, with no warning beforehand, making things especially difficult for families and elderly guests. There was also too much noise, poor lighting in shared areas, and no sense of safety or comfort. Rating: 1/5.
