The rooms were tiny and smelled awful, and the linens were disgustingly dirty. The small spring beds were very uncomfortable, and the fan made a lot of noise. There were no toiletries, towels or water. The reception desk was usually unmanned and the staff weren't courteous. Don't waste your money here. There are much better options, so think twice before booking.

There wasn't even a footmat outside the bathroom, and the hotel was so short-staffed that getting tea was difficult. Water requests took ages, and not one day passed without some kind of rupture. They didn't even accept credit cards. I've seen clocks run slow, but this is the first hotel I've seen run slow. Very poor service, and I'll never book here again.

The location was very good, and it even had the OYO Flagship badge, but the hotel didn't meet expectations. Staff weren't cooperative, and demanded cash immediately. They handed me the keys and told me to go find an ATM. The WiFi didn't work, and they said it wouldn't. The single-bed room they gave me had mosquitoes, so I left right away and cancelled my two-night booking. I then went to OYO CAPITAL O Hotel Fortune, 50 meters away, and found it excellent. I recommend avoiding this hotel; it would be a waste of money.

Please avoid staying here. On 28.10.2019, the receptionist said there were no staff because of Diwali and told us to claim a refund through customer care for the online Rs 1200/- lunch and dinner we'd paid for two people. We never received the meals. The room hadn't been cleaned and the bathroom stank. We were put on the 4th floor, even though the lift had been out of order for days. They refused our request for a ground- or first-floor room, saying the rooms weren't ready. No one helped carry our luggage, despite us being a couple aged 60 and 52, so we had to climb all the way with it. The counter person was completely uncooperative and treated us like we were staying free because we'd booked and paid online through OYO. Tamil Nadu people in hotels are known for their welcome, behaviour and service, even at small hotels. This place was an exception. OYO should never recommend it. This is just yesterday's experience.
