I booked the room for 12 hours but used it for only half an hour. That's how bad it was. The room was dirty, the AC and TV didn't work, there was no lift or basic supplies, and the washroom tap leaked. It didn't feel family friendly at all. I'd have given a negative rating if I could.

I paid in full through Agoda, but when my family and I reached the property at 8 PM, they said they had no arrangement with Agoda and knew nothing about my booking. We were there at night with nowhere to stay. Agoda refunded the booking amount, but not the extra money I had to pay to book another hotel at a higher rate, or any compensation for the fraudulent booking. Don't book.

There was no response from either the hotel or goibibo, and I couldn't find the property at the listed location. There wasn't even a contact number. A waste of money. Please don't book.

One of the worst experiences I've had. Please avoid this hotel, and don't book it through gobibo or oyo apps.

They didn't give me soap or a towel.
