We arrived to check in after paying, but were told the rooms were already full and that whoever came first would get one. The manager acted like a king and spoke rudely; it seemed an extra payment might get you a room. I felt people from Tamil Nadu were treated differently from guests from other states, who were spoken to harshly. I was angry enough to want to hit him, but I kept things polite. Please don’t stay here.

A week after booking, we arrived to find our confirmed room had been given to someone else without any notice. They apparently use first come, first served, so if you arrive late you may be left looking for somewhere else. The manager was awful and simply told us there were no rooms and to search elsewhere. It seemed they were giving rooms to people willing to pay more than the amount already booked. This place isn’t trustworthy. Save yourself the time and book somewhere else.

The room wasn’t worth the price, but we stayed because it had covered parking. We were driving from Bangalore and were exhausted when my husband, sister, and I checked in around 4:30 PM, planning to leave early for Kodaikanal. The property offered us ₹1700 for three people without an extra mattress or ₹2000 with one. We chose ₹1700, and all three of us provided valid Aadhaar IDs without any objection. After dinner, when we got back around 10:30 PM, the night guard stopped us and said only two people were allowed. We asked him to check with the morning manager and went to rest. Around midnight he came to our room, shouted, and behaved aggressively. I asked him to check CCTV, which shows only the three declared guests entering together. The manager and owner were just as rude and unreasonable, with no concern for our comfort or safety after a long drive. We were made to leave at 12:30 AM without a refund, and had to sleep in the car. One of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve had. I’m attaching a picture of the guard, the worst man I’ve encountered in my life. I also have recordings and proof that I shared three Aadhaar cards. He called us at 11:43 PM. Please don’t go there under any circumstances, these people are mad and nonsense.

The rooms are small, so this place is probably best for a solo traveler or a quick overnight stop. There aren’t any nearby shops for basic things, so you’ll need a vehicle to run errands. Bring your own towels and bathroom toiletries.
