For ₹2100 a day without breakfast, the room was neat and a little larger than usual. Staff were polite, responsive, and the service was good. Still, a lot needs attention: several switches and sockets didn't work, the TV couldn't be reached, and basic toiletries like a toothbrush, toothpaste, and handwash weren't provided. Decent for a budget stay, but better maintenance and basic amenities would improve it.

The reception and lobby were nice, and the staff were helpful. The location is in a very busy area, close to a bus stop and well-known eateries. But the building badly needs renovation. The rooms are old, the interiors need a full upgrade, the flooring creaked, and the corridor was shabby. Bathroom water sometimes smelled foul. With renovation, this could become a great place to stay near Gandhipuram.
