Hotel Park Elanza Coimbatore

Akshaya, the F&B manager at Park Elanza, stayed through our late-running event and made sure everything was organized. The food and desserts were delicious, and guests enjoyed the whole experience. There were plenty of F&B staff to look after everyone and serve food and drinks on time. They were courteous, polite, and service oriented. The hall was spacious, clean, and well organized, with all the facilities we needed. My family and I appreciated their efforts, and we’d recommend Park Elanza and the whole F&B team without hesitation. We held my parents’ combined 50th wedding anniversary and 80th birthday. At our first meeting, Akshaya walked us through the options, and in two later meetings she helped refine our choices and offered useful suggestions. She arranged a larger hall than we’d first planned, which was a great call as it easily fit over 70 guests. The florist and photographer she recommended did a commendable job with the decorations and photos, arrived on time, and did everything perfectly.

The rooms were compact, though the amenities were newly installed. Floors were dusty when we first got the rooms, but they cleaned them well the next day after we asked. Breakfast had a great spread and most dishes tasted good. The pub in the basement was noisy enough to hear from our first-floor room. It’s a decent stay with a great location, but the compact rooms and cleanliness need work, and I don’t think it was worth the price.

Akshya, the admin Manager, organized a family blessing on 1st feb, and the arrangements were awesome. The ambience, decor coordination, music system, lighting, welcome board, room provided, and trolly services all worked well. Food and service were excellent, and the chef deserves a greeting for planning a lunch that exceeded our expectations. Hot serves and chill vibes. Dhandapani, Pravin, and BALA, wow services. Park elanza best. One request: please extend the time after lunch or dinner so families can spend more time together. Thanks.

Our son’s birthday became such a special memory because the hotel arranged a delicious cake and surprised him with a lovely celebration in the lobby. The thought and personal attention really touched us, and we’ll cherish it. From arrival onward, the staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were cozy and spotless, a lovely place for our family to unwind, and the hotel had a warm atmosphere. We enjoyed the food, friendly service, and facilities. We’re grateful to Park Eleanza Coimbatore for making our visit so memorable. It’s a gem, and we’d recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Coimbatore. We’ll definitely be back.
