I regret choosing this hotel. I trusted their valet with my brand-new car, and it came back damaged after an accident while it was in their custody. The damage was bad enough, but the way they handled it was worse. The valet parking manager was rude, arrogant and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or helping, he basically told me to complain wherever I wanted. Front office staff showed just as little interest. I followed up and escalated the issue several times, but nobody took ownership or gave a meaningful update. There was no urgency or accountability. A hotel that can't keep a guest's vehicle safe and then won't deal with the problem professionally doesn't deserve trust. Handing over your car here feels like risking your property. I'd think carefully before using their valet service.

Breakfast and dinner were really good, and I enjoyed the food. The rooms were okay too, but the DJ music from the bar, especially the heavy bass, made it impossible to sleep peacefully, even late at night. If you want a quiet stay or you're here on official duty and need proper rest before the next morning, I wouldn't recommend it. It felt like this hotel was for the bar and DJ only. The noise was unbearable. You'd have to be deaf to stay here, or you might become deaf during your stay.

The bar had a lively atmosphere, and the hotel was in a convenient location. Our room was comfortable and came with great amenities. Good value for money, and I had a wonderful time here. I'll be back!

I visited Hotel Vijay Elanza last week and really enjoyed the food and service. The ambience was peaceful, and the prices were very affordable for what you get. I recommend it. Thank you so much.

The complimentary breakfast in the morning was good, and the room was neat. But the AC and ceiling fans were old and noisy, and the DJ music went on loudly until 11:30 pm, so we couldn't sleep. At 11:00 pm someone was shouting and fighting in front of our room, then there was a loud thud against our door. It was scary and very disturbing.
