Celebrating Republic day with Team Vivanta was a special part of our trip, and the meals were another highlight, especially the delicious Kashmiri dishes. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had lovely city views, with a comfortable place to unwind after exploring. From check-in onward, the staff gave us a warm welcome and excellent service. Thanks to GM Mr. Ujjwal Beniwal for his leadership, Chef Sudhir for the food, Sushant at reception for his help, and Lokesh, Raman, and Ritvik at the restaurant for their hospitality. Our stay at Vivanta Jammu exceeded expectations and made the trip memorable. We’ll be back.

Umer’s energy and enthusiasm really made our stay special. He was there whenever we needed anything and made sure we had a great experience. The location was just right, and the staff made us feel at home. Our room was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. We loved the cozy rooms, calm atmosphere, friendly service, and all the hotel’s amenities. I’d happily recommend vivanta.

The restaurant has lots of choices, and the food quality was outstanding. The rooms were very clean, and the front desk staff were welcoming and quick to respond. The hotel is centrally located near the river front, which makes getting around convenient. It also has meeting halls for conferences or training, banquet space for parties, and underground parking for visitors. One of the top hotel properties in Jammu.

My niece’s birthday party at Vivanta Jammu yesterday was a real letdown. The food was far below what we expected from a venue of this caliber and didn’t have the finesse we’d hoped for. It’s disappointing that the lackluster meal overshadowed such an important family celebration. For a brand like Vivanta, this was a complete miss.

The à la carte dishes were delicious, and Raman and Manjula in the restaurant went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Shushank at reception also helped with the booking and took care of our small requests. The hotel’s service was excellent, thanks Vivanta/Taj. The buffet, though, barely changed: breakfast and dinner were repeated, and the next day’s options were much the same. Please work on varying the buffet menu.
