We booked two rooms. Room 101 was quite satisfactory, but Room 103 fell short despite the convenient location. It needs maintenance: the shower was outdated, leaking, and not working properly. There were mosquitoes, the sheets were old, and the bed was very uncomfortable. We had to keep chasing for drinking water. If you're visiting, I'd especially avoid Room No 103. I hope management addresses this, because the hotel has potential but doesn't currently provide a comfortable stay.

Time matters, but they didn't seem to value it. One order took 40 minutes to arrive, and then they brought the wrong dishes, costing me another 40 minutes. Really disappointing.
