The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were polite, attentive, and courteous. Bloom Hotel Group was new to me, and I hadn't expected the chain to impress me this much. The newly built hotel had a great feel from the moment I walked in. I liked the unusual yellow and white theme, and the room design was distinctive. There were scenic views from windows on two sides, including lovely scenery from the bed. The bathroom was compact, and the furniture was well maintained. Its central spot in Raghunath Bazaar was a real plus, with Raghunath Temple a short walk away and restaurants nearby, including Falak by KC Residency. I’d recommend it for families, solo travelers, and couples. It felt worth the stay.

I checked in at Bloom Hotel Jammu on the night of 17th February 2026 and checked out on 19th February 2026. The front desk process was smooth, and the room’s design and color choices looked thoughtful and appealing. The housekeeping staff and security guards also kept smiling, which was one of the few genuinely good parts of the stay. The room hadn't been cleaned properly before I arrived. There was dust and hair by the bedside corners, an empty Sting bottle in the wardrobe, and a visible bluish stain on the chair. Cleanliness at check-in is basic. I asked for a dental kit through “Bloom Chat,” but it took almost an hour, so I went down to collect it myself. Delays can happen, but this kind of service lapse reflects badly on management. At breakfast, packaged juice was served as “fresh juice,” and some of the glasses weren't properly clean. The paranthas were completely bland. I had ordered an omelette, but the restaurant served people who ordered after me despite my repeated follow-ups. I left breakfast midway and spoke to the manager. Only then did staff hurry after me saying, “Sir, your omelette is ready,” and blaming multiple orders for the wait. Its sudden readiness said enough. As someone who travels often, I understand operational pressure, but it doesn't excuse an untidy room, hygiene lapses, or poor coordination in the restaurant. The property has potential, though management needs to improve housekeeping standards and restaurant service discipline.

Arun was especially helpful and always ready to assist with a smile, making my stay smooth and pleasant. The staff were professional, cooperative, and extremely polite. At Bloom Hotel Jammu, I also found the rooms clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location made it easy to get around the city's main areas. Good service and hospitality, plus strong value for money. Highly recommended for business or leisure.

The room had a used towel, and the blankets were left off the bed. I had to fight late at night to get it changed. The staff seemed to have no idea how to run the place. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and my prepaid SIM wasn't working either, which made that even worse. Don't pay so much for this garbage. Forget Bloom, I'll avoid the whole state.

For a budget hotel, the rooms are spacious, the lighting is good, and breakfast is decent enough. I enjoyed the stay overall. It isn't top-notch, but compared with other hotels in a similar budget range, it was a nice experience and the facilities and service fit the price.
