The hotel is well located, and the staff were really willing to help. The security guard went out of his way to help me with street parking a couple of times. Service did feel slow during our stay, whether at breakfast or with routine requests. The hotel seemed short staffed, though I’m not sure if that was because of the busy New Year period or a usual thing. The staff were still keen to help.

This used to be my favourite restaurant in Pondy, but my visit last weekend was disappointing. The table wasn’t clean, and after the plates were taken away, the cutlery wasn’t changed. The place also felt too dim. I left because I didn’t feel the food would be hygienic.

A nice little hotel in White Town, about 400m from promenade beach, with good restaurants nearby. The staff have a lot of heart and want to make sure you’re happy. They gave us good tips for finding authentic food and bakeries.

We were here for three nights with family. The location is excellent, close to Rock beach, eateries, and places selling artistic items. Parking is on the road, but it was never a problem for us. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were courteous, and our roomy room and toilet were clean too. We chose the buffet breakfast and found a good variety.

The staff are so kind, helpful, and empathetic. We had a great stay, and I’d put this place at the top of the list for an amazing experience.
