For what they charge, I expected a lot more from the room and service. Even budget hotels do better. It might be okay for budget travelers, but keep expectations low. The room feels overpriced for its quality.

My kid was crying in the middle of the night, and they didn't even have proper drinking water. The can water tasted salty. Very poor service, not worth a single star. Never book through online apps.

I loved the morning breakfast, and grandiose meals. Lunch and dinner are charged at market rates. The hotel is convenient for sightseeing: the Pondicherry bus stand is a two-minute walk, the Botanical garden is five minutes on foot, Promenade beach is a 10-minute auto ride, and the railway station is also a 10-minute auto ride away. Basilica church is nearby too. With all those attractions close by, I totally recommend it.

They charge a lot, but the service doesn't feel genuine. There were too many mosquitoes in the room, and I found empty beer bottles in the bathroom. One of the worst hotels in Pondicherry, with terrible service.

There’s plenty of car parking, and it’s a convenient place to stay near t puducherry bustand. The rooms are super classy, staff are awesome, and the ambience inside the hotel is worth praise. The buffet is cheap, though not the best around. Very good and worth the money.
