The rooms and toilets were neat and tidy, which was the only satisfying part of our stay. Everything else disappointed us. There was no TV, the Wi-Fi was very weak, and there was no hot water in the toilet. The interior was too much, the caretaker was useless and never answered anything properly, and there were no good restaurants nearby. There were also no shops for basic needs close by and no proper public transport to get around. They could improve a lot.

Our trip was ruined when our booking at Via Aarudra’s Residency through FabHotels was cancelled just hours before we were due to arrive, during Shivratri, when finding a room is almost impossible. We were stranded in a new city with no help. The hotel said all Fab bookings had been cancelled. I’d heard a lot about FabHotels’ service quality, and this was disappointing. The hotel site’s customer support only gave automated responses, and Booking.com support was no use either because of an invalid ID error. We spent hours roaming around, exhausted and helpless, trying to find somewhere to stay the next day. I regret not checking reviews earlier. I want a full refund, not just the tax, and at the very least expect basic courtesy and accountability.

Both rooms we booked were dirty, and there was a lot of hair on the beds. Within 15 minutes of checking in, we wanted to leave and asked for a refund. They kept us waiting in the PARKING AREA for 3 hours. The manager spoke to us so rudely on the phone and said this was the CUSTOMER SERVICE they provided and that we DONT HAVE RIGHTS TO ASK FOR BETTER. After we asked again the next day, they gave us only a 50% refund.

I stayed alone and felt completely at ease. The room was secure, very clean, and spacious, and the staff were respectful, kind, and attentive. Everything worked as expected, and the team’s small gestures made a real difference. I’d stay again for the vibe and service. The simple, uncluttered room layout felt intentional. It was quiet, with no noise, and the peaceful location suited me since I’m not into loud tourist spots. The bed and linens were really nice, too. For an affordable price, the service and cleanliness felt premium. It’s rare to find somewhere this calm and comfortable for such a fair price. Great value, with no unnecessary extras, just a solid stay. Boo.
