The room was clean and neat, and felt like good value for money. There’s spacious car parking, which is handy for families, and vegetarian and non-vegetarian restaurants are within walking distance. I stayed at Vintage Castle, Coimbatore for two days on the 23rd. The front office team was excellent, especially Mr. Giri, Mr. Jebaraj, and Mr. Suresh, who were kind, polite, and helpful throughout. It was a pleasant, comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to families.

The TV was the main drawback: it’s an older model with a dish connection, not a smart TV, so YouTube or services like Netflix may be inconvenient. There was also a slight unpleasant smell when I checked in, so the room could use a deeper clean. Otherwise, the room was neat, the AC worked well, and the size was decent, neither too small nor too large. The heater worked properly too. Basic comfort was okay, though fresher rooms and a smart TV would improve the stay at Vintage Castle – A Boutique Hotel.

Reception helped arrange a taxi for my early morning trip to Mettupalayam, which was great. The staff were awesome, the room was cozy, the amenities were excellent, and the location was easy to reach. The whole stay was simply superb.

We broke our Chennai to Ooty trip with one night in Coimbatore. The stay was decent, with compact rooms near the main road. There aren't other facilities or a restaurant, but nearby restaurants are available, and you can order food delivery.

The rooms were okay for our one-night stay, though the washroom could have been more hygienic. The big problem was the AC leaking water across the floor and soaking our belongings. We were lucky nothing was permanently damaged.
