OYO Flagship 69004 Mauryan's Guest House

The location is a bit tucked away, but that makes it quiet and peaceful. It's clean and warmly lit, and a good place for couples. Both times I stayed, the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help.

The food area in the basement had no ventilation, and eating there was really suffocating. The gas smell kept ruining the meal, and I felt the LPG wasn't burning fully because there wasn't enough oxygen. The banquet itself is average in size, has limited seating, and decent air conditioning.

The area around this place is very unhygienic. There's a large marsh behind the hotel where water gets contaminated from all over, which could pose a risk of waterborne diseases. They take bookings for a marriage lawn, but there's only one hall, and catering is arranged in a suffocating basement. There's also not enough open-air space to set up snacks or anything else.

When I arrived, the hotel was completely flooded and even reaching it was impossible because the area was under water. I had prepaid through the OYO App, so I cancelled, but they charged me for one night's stay and didn't refund the money even though I never stayed there. I'm completely disappointed with both OYO and this hotel and feel they cheated me. Stay away, especially during rainy seasons, and don't prepay through OYO App. They took my hard-earned money.
