The staff made a great impression, always friendly and polite, and quick to help. My room was spacious, very clean, and well looked after. Service was professional and prompt, so I had a wonderful stay.

I found the hotel calm and relaxing, which made the stay especially pleasant. The room was comfortable, clean, and clearly well maintained.

Finding the place in the interior of bazar street was difficult, even for the autorickshaw. At checkout, they had changed the room without the customer and added extra charges. Service wasn’t polite, and there was no complimentary dinner like at other hotels mangala residency,hotel rathna residency. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The staff were attentive and really helpful, and they even provide a bed and necessary things for the driver, which was a great gesture. I’d say it’s worth a visit. The rooms look luxurious and are fairly spacious, though oddly narrow at the same time. I liked that the washroom is flushed in to the wall. There’s 24hrs hit water and underground car parking. The room price felt on the high side, maybe because of the day we booked. Basic items like paste brush shampoo soap were provided, but no grooming kit, so keep that in mind. I’ve seen hotels provide a use-and-throw shaver, hair dryer, and iron box for ironing. Adding those would be a nice extra and make customers happier. I only had a few hours, so I couldn’t take more photos. 💐👍
