The bathroom was a real highlight, with a deep tub, roomy walk-in shower, plenty of soft towels, and nice toiletries. The room was also spotless and spacious, with tasteful decor and thoughtful furnishings, including comfy armchairs and a stylish desk and lighting. I slept so well on the bed and good linens that it was hard to get up. Everything felt carefully set up for comfort and a bit of luxury.

Happy In was in a handy spot, with transport and local attractions easy to reach. My room was comfortable, spacious, clean, and well looked after. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with whatever I needed. I had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone after a pleasant visit.

I’m editing this after the reply to my earlier review. No one told me there was renovation work, and they gave me the key only after I’d paid. My family and I stayed here last week, expecting from the Google photos to find a clean, comfortable, well-kept room. What we got looked nothing like them. It felt like a bait-and-switch. The place was filthy, the floor dusty, and the furniture marked and stained. There were even used clothes left in the wardrobe, which was unhygienic and unprofessional. The toilet was the worst of it. It was so dirty and smelly that it was practically unusable, and none of us felt comfortable using it. Management needs to clean and maintain the rooms and make sure they match the photos they advertise. Basic hygiene matters for guest satisfaction.

I booked at the last minute because of a sudden trip, and this place was available when I called. The rooms only look good in the Google pictures. They’re tiny and the beds just have springs. We left straight away and had to search for somewhere decent late in the evening. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.
