The rooms weren't worth the price. The white sheets had turned yellow, the rooms smelled, and the bathrooms were dirty and smelly. They were always wet because the AC water vent ran through the bathroom and kept dripping there. I paid extra for early check-in after checking the charge in advance. One receptionist said 100, then another asked for 150 per hour at checkout, so I had to pay 600 extra for four hours. Be careful and avoid this place.

The bathroom was neat, and I liked the lighting, colours and general ambience. The TV and lift weren't working, which was a minor inconvenience. When I looked closely, I noticed stains on the bedsheets, so anyone particular about cleanliness may need to insist that reception change them. Soap and conditioner were in the bathroom, but I had to ask for a towel. It seems like a decent temporary place to stay in the city.

The floors were sticky, there were no spoons or glasses, the amenities kit was missing, and the bathroom lock was broken. Even the free DTH channels hadn't been activated, so there were no basic channels. The top management couldn't handle guests politely, or perhaps they don't like guests booking through goibibo. Hospitality was lacking across the board. Not a good choice for a pleasant stay.

We came for a wedding and had booked about 25 rooms. Check-in was meant to be at noon, but we arrived at 3 PM and found that 15 rooms still hadn't been cleaned. It then took them about 2-3 hours to assign the rooms. Some had no water, others had no hot water, and a few guests had to switch rooms two or three times. That caused a lot of trouble for the wedding guests. The service was terrible, and the price was high for the quality we got. This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in, despite travelling across many states. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
