The food made my parents feel at home, they especially liked that the cook from Nepal was so good. The staff were friendly, and the stay and food were great. There's no road noise either. The restriction is that only registered guests can stay in the rooms, so I had to get permission to spend an hour with my parents after booking for them.

We stayed for 14 days in a 3 bhk apartment, with one bedroom provided for our stay. It had a nice, homely atmosphere. Pashu pathi is a great cook, and the food was extraordinary. He was cool and treated guests really well. We had a nice stay.

The apartment itself was neat, but an online reservation didn't guarantee a room. A friend of mine found that out when I booked for him. They hadn't told us there was no room available, and sent him to a lower-standard hotel 4 km away with no transportation. This was at 10 pm, and their response was completely irresponsible. We've avoided this hotel for later bookings.

A few things to consider before booking. The hotel is tucked away from the main road, and getting transport can be difficult. You'll likely walk about 1 km to find it, and Ola or Uber may not be around. There's no restaurant or kitchen on site. You can order from their set menu for delivery, or walk about 1 km to a cluster of restaurants. Service was just okay. The AC in my room wasn't working well, though I can't say whether all rooms have the same issue. Communication could be a challenge if you're from North India, since staff mostly speak their native language and don't understand English very well. It's a cheap option with good hygiene and facilities, as long as those four points work for you.
