I wouldn't stay here again. The room was horrible, with a broken toilet and hardly any space. There was no hot water for a shower when it was about 17°C, and the emergency exit stairs were very narrow and spiral.

The staff treated me poorly, and the hotel is tucked away down a narrow street. I booked through make my trip, but when I arrived they refused to let me check in. Later, they told make my trip I hadn't shown up. When I went back, they acknowledged I had come but still didn't report the denial, so my refund is stuck. A very unprofessional place.

Even basic things were a problem: at 10 PM they gave us a dusty plate, and when we asked for a clean one, they said we should get it from outside. The receptionist tried to help, but clearly had no authority or support from management, so I don't blame him. The room itself was in poor shape and not maintained. They also don't offer flexible early check-in for online bookings. For what they charge, this was nowhere near worth it. A really disappointing stay from check-in to check-out, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was really dirty, there was no water for a morning bath, and the staff were no help. Avoid if you can.

I arrived for a booking made through make my trip, but the hotel refused check-in. Now they're denying that they turned me away, and that is stopping me from getting a refund. Very unprofessional.
